Become an Authorized Poseidon Partner

Poseidon Diving Logistics LLC ("PDL") works with businesses in the United States and Caribbean that are interested in representing the Poseidon® Diving Systems brand.

A Poseidon partnership offers more than another product line. Poseidon has a distinct position in the market, with a strong technical identity, a premium equipment focus, and particular appeal to divers who value advanced regulator and rebreather technology.

Through our Florida warehouse, PDL supports approved partners with competitive pricing, extensive inventory that includes service parts and spares, rapid shipping, and responsive support.

PDL looks for partners with the staffing, facilities, technical capability, and customer-support practices needed to meet the standards expected of authorized Poseidon partners.

What PDL Looks For in a Prospective Dealer

Authorized Poseidon® Dealers are retail partners approved to purchase Poseidon recreational SCUBA diving products at wholesale pricing for resale through an authorized dive business.

PDL generally looks for establishments that:

  • Operate a branded commercial retail "local dive shop" storefront with regular hours.
  • Provide diving instruction through a nationally recognized recreational SCUBA training agency.
  • Operate and maintain air-fill capability suitable for SCUBA cylinders.
  • Maintain an active recreational SCUBA equipment display and sales floor available to walk-in consumers.

What PDL Looks For in a Prospective Service Center

An Authorized Poseidon® Service Center is a service-focused business approved by PDL to purchase eligible Poseidon service parts at service pricing for maintaining and repairing Poseidon equipment. A dealer may also be approved as a Service Center, but a stand-alone Service Center is not an Authorized Poseidon Dealer and does not receive full-line wholesale purchasing rights.

PDL generally looks for establishments that:

  • Operate as a legitimate business with appropriate business licensing and resale documentation.
  • Have professional experience servicing recreational SCUBA equipment.
  • Maintain appropriate technician training, tools, workspace, and procedures for regulator or equipment service.
  • Maintain service records, customer support practices, and warranty-handling procedures appropriate for life-support diving equipment.
