Authorized Poseidon™ Dealer Application

To apply to become an Authorized Poseidon Dealer, just complete this form to tell us about your shop and your team.   A Poseidon sales representative will reach out to introduce your shop to the Poseidon product range and explain the opportunities available to Authorized Poseidon Dealers.  In return for preferred pricing plus additional marketing & promotion, our Flagship class dealers maintain a specified minimum annual purchase volume and stocking level on Poseidon branded products.  Assuming your retail dive business is located in the US or Caribbean, and in the sole judgement of Poseidon meet our criteria and expectations, we will activate your logistics portal account and you may place an opening order via the portal for immediate shipment.

Authorized Poseidon™ Dealers of Poseidon Diving Logistics LLC are retail partners with access to purchase the Poseidon recreational SCUBA diving product range at wholesale pricing who agree to always adhere to the following conditions:

  • Operate a branded commercial retail storefront with regular hours offering sales of recreational SCUBA diving products.
  • Provide diving instruction from a nationally recognized recreational SCUBA training agency.
  • Maintain sales knowledge of Poseidon brand products sufficient to answer questions and demonstrate benefits.
  • Only supply Poseidon brand products under the authorized store name and not under any other store name nor to any other reseller, without prior written authorization.
  • Do not sell Poseidon brand products via ANY e-commerce websites without prior written authorization for specific named URLs.
  • Adhere to our MAP policy guidelines.
  • Flagship class dealers also maintain a specified minimum annual purchase volume and stocking level on Poseidon branded products.
