QuickBooks Payments (Custom Quote & Invoice)

When we prepare a custom quote (QuickBooks calls them "estimates") outside our standard website checkout flow using QuickBooks, you will first receive the quote for review and approval. The quote allows you to confirm the items, pricing, shipping details, and any special notes before payment is requested.

After you accept the custom quote, we will convert it to a QuickBooks invoice and send you a secure payment link. The payment link is sent directly through QuickBooks via email. Customers can click the link in the email to pay online, providing a secure method for immediate payment. QuickBooks invoice payment links (via QuickBooks Payments) accept major credit cards, debit cards, ACH bank transfers, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Venmo. If you require the secure payment link to be sent to an alternate email address, simply send your request to [email protected].

Once payment is received, we will process the order according to the details shown on the accepted custom quote and invoice. This workflow helps ensure that the order and payment record stay clearly connected for orders handled outside our standard website checkout.

ACH Electronic Funds Transfer

Most U.S. banks now offer business accounts with free or low-cost ACH payments through their online banking platform.
