Poseidon Dealer Rental & Evaluation Program

Program Purpose

The Rental & Demo Program is intended to help authorized partners build and maintain meaningful Poseidon rental and demonstration fleets that promote product familiarity, support training and evaluation activity, and contribute to future equipment sales.

Eligibility and Pricing

• Authorized Poseidon partners in good standing may be approved to participate in this program.
• Participation, eligible products, and purchase quantities are subject to review and approval by Poseidon Diving Logistics (PDL).
• Program pricing is generally offered at 20% below the dealer Base price level.
• Not all products qualify for this program. Eligible products and configurations are determined by PDL.
• Initial participation will typically involve a meaningful fleet purchase, generally a minimum of five complete regulator sets designated for rental or demonstration use, unless otherwise approved by PDL.
• Program purchases are generally not combined with other discounts, promotional pricing, freight allowances, or special programs unless expressly approved by PDL.

Fleet Requirements

• Equipment purchased under this program is expected to be used in an active rental or demonstration fleet and is not intended to be held as discounted resale inventory.
• Fleet equipment should be actively used for customer rental, training, or product demonstration.
• All units purchased under this program are expected to remain identifiable and in partner possession.
• Partners are responsible for maintaining rental and demonstration fleet equipment in proper working order in accordance with applicable Poseidon service requirements.
• Standard warranty terms apply unless otherwise stated by PDL.
• Equipment purchased under this program is expected to remain in rental or demonstration service for twenty-four months from the date of purchase and should not be resold, transferred, or reclassified as retail inventory during that period without prior written approval from PDL.
• If a unit is sold, removed from service, or otherwise no longer part of the fleet, the partner is expected to maintain fleet continuity by replacing it with a new unit at standard dealer cost within a reasonable period, typically 90 days, unless otherwise agreed by PDL.
• Additional program purchases are subject to approval and will generally be evaluated based on fleet size, participation, and demonstrated need.
• Program purchases will generally be limited to one major fleet acquisition within a 24-month period unless otherwise approved by PDL.

Program Oversight

• PDL may record and track units purchased under this program by serial number for program administration, audit, and support purposes.
• PDL may periodically request serial number records or other reasonable verification of fleet inventory to support program integrity.
• Use of this program in a manner not consistent with its intended purpose, including acquisition of discounted inventory for near-term resale, may result in pricing adjustment, restriction, or loss of program eligibility.
• After the 24-month service period, units may be sold as used or demo equipment and should be represented clearly as such.

Program pricing, terms, and eligibility are confidential and are intended for use within the authorized partner relationship. PDL may modify, manage, or discontinue this program at any time.
