FREE Shipping Program

Conditional shipping benefit for qualifying partner-portal orders, subject to destination, product eligibility, and program limitations.

This program describes when an order placed through the online partner portal may qualify for FREE Shipping, how that shipping method is selected, and the main limitations that apply. It is a conditional program rather than a general shipping entitlement and should be read together with the Operations page for general shipping terms.

Qualifying Thresholds

For orders placed through the online partner portal, many qualifying orders will display a FREE Shipping option once the required minimum order value is reached for the destination.

$999.00 order subtotal qualifies for FREE Shipping to the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.
$1499.00 order subtotal qualifies for FREE Shipping to non-contiguous US destinations, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.
$1999.00 order subtotal qualifies for FREE Shipping to international destinations, subject to carrier availability and destination eligibility.

Program Conditions

FREE Shipping is available only on qualifying orders placed through the online partner portal.
PDL selects the carrier, service level, and routing used for FREE Shipping orders.
Backorders associated with an otherwise qualifying order generally continue to qualify for FREE Shipping when shipped later.
Multiple orders shipping to the same address may be combined into one shipment when practical.
Once an order is packed, actual package size and weight are used to select the shipping method.

Always Excluded

FREE Shipping is not available on orders placed outside the online partner portal, including orders placed by custom quote, purchase order, email, or telephone.
Orders that include cylinders, rebreathers, or absorbents do not qualify for FREE Shipping.
Equipment maintenance services do not qualify for FREE Shipping.
If an order includes any non-qualifying item, the entire order does not qualify for FREE Shipping.

Review-Based Exclusions

Some reduced-price items may not qualify for FREE Shipping.
Some oversized items or unusually large-volume bulk orders may not qualify for FREE Shipping.
International eligibility depends on carrier availability, destination, and order contents.

Timing and Tracking

FREE Shipping delivery times are typically one to two weeks within the United States. Delivery timing outside the United States may be longer and depends on destination, carrier availability, and local conditions.

FREE Shipping is intended for economy fulfillment rather than time-sensitive delivery. In some cases, shipment routing may include contract or last-mile carriers, and tracking visibility may be limited to pickup and delivery events rather than full door-to-door scan history.

Select a paid shipping option if the order is time-sensitive, requires more consistent in-transit tracking, or requires a specific carrier or service level.
