Program Purpose

The Ambassador Program is based on the view that active, credible use of Poseidon products by selected professionals can support product familiarity, market confidence, and brand visibility. It is intended to support genuine use by representative individuals, not general discounted purchasing for personal convenience or resale.

General Eligibility

The program may be available to selected US-based professionals active in the recreational, professional, or technical diving community where regular and visible use of Poseidon products may reasonably support the goals of the program.

  • Candidates may include active dive instructors, assistant instructors, or divemasters with current professional liability insurance where applicable.
  • Candidates may also include employees of authorized Poseidon partner businesses where their professional role, product visibility, or customer-facing activity supports the goals of the program.
  • Eligibility, qualifying products, and discount treatment are determined case by case.
  • Program consideration generally applies to individual orders for qualifying new Poseidon branded regulators, rebreathers, and related accessories.
  • Not all products qualify for program pricing.

Application Process

Candidates may apply by email to Daniel Benér at Poseidon.com. Applications should include the candidate's name, address, email address, telephone number, the products requested, and documentation supporting the candidate's professional role, current activity, and suitability for the program.

  • Professional credentials, including instructor or divemaster documentation where applicable.
  • Evidence of current professional liability insurance where applicable.
  • A brief summary of current professional activity, such as classes taught, students certified, events supported, or comparable industry involvement.
  • For partner-business employees, a supporting letter or recommendation from the business owner or manager.
  • Any additional information that helps explain why the candidate would be a suitable representative user of Poseidon products.

Participant Expectations

In exchange for any program pricing or support extended under this program, the participant is expected to agree to the following conditions:

  • Use the Poseidon products regularly in genuine professional or diving-related activity.
  • Maintain the products in proper working order.
  • Not sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of the products for a period of two years without prior approval.
  • Provide reasonable brand-support cooperation when requested, which may include photographs, product visibility in professional settings, or similar support activity appropriate to the participant's role.
  • When representing or discussing Poseidon products publicly, do so accurately and professionally.
  • Treat program pricing, terms, and approval details as confidential.

This program is discretionary, limited in scope, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. It should not be interpreted as a standard partner benefit or a general pricing category.
