Poseidon Diving US Limited Warranty - Effective 2025

Products purchased through an Authorized Dealer of Poseidon Diving Logistics LLC are covered by our US Limited Warranty, and we support warranty service for the products we distribute, with the goal of resolving issues quickly and fairly.

If you need warranty service: Please contact the Authorized Dealer where you purchased your product. They can assist with evaluation, service, or return. If you prefer, you may also contact Poseidon Diving Logistics directly, and we will help coordinate service so the process stays continuous from start to resolution, including direct support when needed.

US Limited Warranty

This US Limited Warranty is provided by Poseidon Diving Logistics LLC and applies only to products purchased through Authorized Dealers of Poseidon Diving Logistics by the original purchaser.


  • Poseidon Diving Systems branded products include a two-year factory warranty provided by Poseidon Diving Systems, providing a defined baseline of coverage; this US Limited Warranty works in conjunction with that coverage and governs how warranty service is administered within the United States and Caribbean.
  • Poseidon Diving Systems branded products are covered for the useful life of the product, based on evaluation by Poseidon Diving Logistics, taking into account product type, usage, service history, and expected service intervals.
  • Products purchased prior to 2025, rechargeable batteries, and generic or unbranded products are covered for twenty-four months from the date of purchase.
  • Services performed by Poseidon Diving Logistics are covered for ninety days; repair parts, service kits, and CCR consumables are sold "as is" with no guarantees, and software and firmware are licensed "as is" with no guarantees.
  • The warranty is limited to defects in materials or workmanship and applies only to personal, non-commercial use in recreational diving-related applications by the original purchaser.
  • If an issue is covered under warranty, we will work with you to resolve it in a practical and timely manner, which may include—in most cases—repairing the original product or replacing it with a similar or reconditioned product, offering a merchandise credit, or providing a refund.
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and aging, cosmetic blemishes, or damage resulting from improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or use of parts not meeting Poseidon specifications.
  • The warranty does not apply to products purchased or delivered outside the United States and Caribbean, or to products purchased from any source other than an Authorized Dealer of Poseidon Diving Logistics.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, Poseidon Diving Logistics limits any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the duration of this limited warranty, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
  • To begin a warranty claim, contact your Authorized Dealer or Poseidon Diving Logistics. We will guide you through the process to keep it as straightforward as possible, and we aim to process warranty issues promptly, including any required Return Authorization and documentation. Claim validity is based on product inspection and the terms of this warranty, and we will explain the outcome of that evaluation and the available resolution options.
  • Warranty service may be handled by your Authorized Dealer, an approved service center, or Poseidon Diving Logistics, depending on the product and situation, and typically requires return to a Flagship Dealer, Service Center, US Service Depot, or directly to Poseidon Diving Logistics. You are responsible for shipping the product to us unless otherwise agreed in advance; we cover return shipping to the original purchaser once service is complete.

In practice: Most warranty issues are straightforward and are resolved through repair or replacement. We evaluate each case based on how the product has been used and maintained, with the goal of reaching a fair outcome. For example, a defect discovered during normal use would typically be covered, while damage from improper maintenance or non-compliant parts would not.


Periodic service by a certified Poseidon Service Technician, as specified in the Poseidon product manual, is recommended to ensure optimal performance. Routine service is recommended; however, coverage is based on the condition of the product and compliance with manufacturer guidelines, not solely on documentation. Poseidon also supports your right-to-repair; use of third-party service or non-OEM parts does not, by itself, void this warranty; however, damage caused by improper service or non-compliant parts is not covered.
